Currently available with baby blue or baby pink covers, it can also be customized with your choice of another color for a $50 fee to cover the cost of a new cover and setup. Create a fun and festive atmosphere with custom balloon clusters designed to fit any space! Whether it’s on a wall, atop furniture, or in another unique spot, I can create clusters using up to two colors of your choice. Need more colors? No problem! Additional colors can be added for just $20 per color, allowing you to customize your display even further.

Time Commitment

Non-Wedding Events: We commit a minimum of 5 hours to prepare and set up the balloon arch prior to the event. An additional 2 hours before the event start is required for final setup to ensure everything is perfect.
Weddings: For wedding events, we commit 10 hours to ensure every detail is flawless. We require 2 hours prior to the event start for setup.
Teardown: For both wedding and non-wedding events, we allocate 1 hour for teardown to ensure the area is left clean and orderly.

Pricing

Basic Simple Balloon Arch: $300 USD
Custom or Large Arches (ex: wedding): $500–$1,000 USD (Includes walk-through arches, multiple colors, or themed designs)

Setup & Teardown

First 30 minutes: FREE
After that: $25/hour USD

Travel

$1 per mile beyond the city limits of Snohomish, WA

Add-Ons & Customizations

Custom Fabric Backdrop: $50 USD
Special Requests: Starting at $25 * USD
